Our Story

I never planned to start an immigration law firm.Back in 2007, I was running a consulting business and needed immigration advice for my own company, but the more people I spoke to, the more confused I became because every adviser seemed to have a different answer.After spending a lot of money and getting nowhere, I decided to study immigration law myself instead of relying on advice that did not give me any confidence.My background was in IT and systems engineering, so becoming immersed in immigration law was never part of the original plan.I worked next to a Home Office reporting centre at the time, and during lunch breaks, I would speak to people waiting outside who were stressed, frustrated and worried about what would happen to them or their families.Many of those conversations ended with someone asking for my number because they simply wanted clear advice from someone willing to take ownership of the problem. That is how Earlsworth began.When I founded the firm in 2015, I wanted to build the kind of practice I had struggled to find myself.One that gives straightforward guidance, handles the process from beginning to end and stands by clients when things become difficult.Today we help families reunite, businesses hire global talent, and founders build in the UK, but the principle has never changed.If someone trusts us with their future, then we have a responsibility to treat that case with the same care and determination we would expect for our own family.
